哥们儿，你不要以为我天天跟你讲话像个土匪，其实我骨子里知道在场面上怎么混。在金山，我夹在两个人中间，一个叫求伯君，一个叫雷军。但我活得很好，我跟他们俩都合得来。我有老求那一面，他的玩儿和生活会跟我分享。他不跟我谈工作，而是我偶尔向他谈起公司最近怎么样，谈完了，他说，“哦，挺好。”其实他没听懂，但他觉得王峰的语气很坚定，肯定都是对的。

但到了雷军那儿，他就很认真跟你讨论工作。我也很认真。我在金山的工作方式，每天平均跟雷军开会聊到晚上十点。这两个人中间，我不能说我起了调和作用，但是确实关系都挺好。我一半是海水，一半是火焰，就像是国共第一次合作时候的周恩来。

But when leaving Gold Mountain as said before during going downstairs taking a leak with someone "Go read Guo Moruo's 'Three Hundred Years Since Qin'." At that time Guo Moruo suggested reading his works after Japan's victory in war; similarly Gold Mountain was gradually losing some kind of rationality at that moment.

When money came people changed their tone greatly just like water fire wind environment all told me you can start your own business now then suddenly discovered opportunity appeared before me once upon a time which led to chemistry reaction between us VC industry big shots looked for me saying why don't give you money let you do your thing? These words brought chemical reaction within myself
