【人物名片】左晖,是一位在房产中介领域奋斗多年的企业家,他是链家集团的董事长。

18年前,链家只是一个小小的房产中介品牌,但经过左晖不懈的努力和坚持,不仅野蛮生长成为了行业老大,而且成为了一家遍布全国、家喻户晓的大型房地产公司。

从北京化工大学毕业后,左晖被分配到一家化工厂工作,但他很快就辞职了,因为他觉得自己的兴趣点并不在于此。他先后在软件公司和市场销售部门工作,但是没有取得太大的成就。

一次偶然的机会,左晖与两位同学决定共同创业,他们开始涉足财产保险代理。但由于缺乏专业知识,他们必须从头学起。通过深入研究保险法律条款,并将有用的信息提炼出来,为员工进行培训,这种方法极大提高了他们的业务能力。

随着业务发展,左晖认识到“比别人更了解行业”对于成功至关重要,因此他的保险业务迅速发展,在巅峰时期年收入达到了500多万元人民币。

2000年左右,当时已经成为北漂12年的左晖看到了二手房交易市场中的巨大商机。在这个过程中,他深刻体会到了买卖双方都面临的问题,因此决定成立北京链家的房地产展览展示中心,并与《北京晚报》合作举办“房地产个人购房展会”。

2001年左右,他正式创办了北京链家的房地产经纪有限公司,并推出了多项创新服务,如二手商品按揭、资金托管等,让其业务不断扩张。此外,他还率先提出阳光交易模式,即不吃差价,让买卖双方见面签订三方协议,这一策略让其获得了快速发展,同时也树立了信誉基础。

随着楼市反弹和快速增长,2011年左右,对抗“黑中介”的形象变得尤为重要。因此,为了摆脱这一负面形象,左晖提出“真房源行动”,即确保所有发布的房屋都是真实存在并且可供购买。这一行动虽然初期效果不佳,有些经纪人跳槽离开,但是最终客户回归,使得交易量和额度逐渐稳步上升。

今天,看着链家的壮丽成果,我们可以看到,无论是在保险还是 房地产业界,都有一位勇敢追梦的人物——那就是left by his wife, he was a man of great determination and perseverance. He never shied away from the difficult tasks, nor did he give up in the face of adversity. His unwavering commitment to doing things correctly has led to the success of Chain House.

From software sales to insurance agent

After graduating from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, left was assigned to a chemical factory. However, he soon realized that this was not where his true passion lay and left for a career in software sales. Despite his efforts, he found himself unsatisfied with the lack of challenge and growth opportunities.

It wasn't until an encounter with two friends that left decided to start their own insurance agency together. With no prior knowledge or experience in the field, they had to learn everything from scratch. Through diligent research into insurance laws and regulations, as well as extracting valuable information for employee training sessions, they were able to significantly improve their business skills.

As their business grew so did left's income reaching over 500 million yuan at its peak.

Entering real estate

In 2000 after years of living in Beijing without any stability having moved ten times due to various reasons including being scammed by property agents while buying homes , Left saw an opportunity in second-hand housing transactions . This realization made him decide on entering real estate industry

He founded Beijing Lianjia Real Estate Exhibition Center & co-operated with "Beijing Evening News" held "Personal Home Purchasing Real Estate Fair". The event attracted people from all walks life leading it huge success which boosted Left confidence further

In 2001 He started Lianjia Real Estate Agency Company & launched innovative services such as second-hand housing mortgage loans & property management services . These services contributed significantly towards company's growth

Then came the time when China's real estate market began booming again around 2015-16 . As chairman CEO ,Left stood firm against corruption within industry which included fake listings . By pushing through what many thought impossible - transparency - Left became known for pioneering fair practices among competitors .

The story is one about perseverance determination & refusing compromise even when faced with overwhelming odds
