电信业传奇人物李一男宣布将于近期辞去无限讯奇CEO职务。知情人士向《第一财经日报》透露，李辞职并非缘于移动反腐案，而是未达董事会要求。

但李的个人影响力似乎不减。本报获悉，已有VC向其发出约请。不过李在自己的微博里写道：“希望能够在未来踏踏实实，安安静静地做好产品和企业。”并强调，“未来将继续专注于互联网、移动互联网和其他科技方面的工作”。

影响力不减，除了李曾在中国最先进的高科技公司担任过核心技术高管外，其所处领域仍代表着未来趋势。

李闻达于华为。1970年出生的他曾被视为“少年天才”。早在1992年他便在华为实习，1993年研究生毕业后加入华为，27岁就成为华为副总裁，1998年升任华为常务副总裁，主管研发。当时李被外界认为是任正非、孙亚芳之后的3号人物，并被视为任正非的“人”。

但少年得志的李一男在华為期间争议多多。传说中，李曾因不同意见“训斥高层”、因小事“辱骂下属”。一位在此期间曾与李共事的前同事吴可为(化名)透露，華為從基層到高管性格大多如此，大多數員工都是這樣，一入華為就是很快就成為了管理階層，所以自然而然會效仿上面的習慣。

The young and ambitious Li in Huawei encountered his first major setback. Around the year 2000, Li's position was adjusted, and he successively served as Huawei Electric General Manager and American Research Institute Director.

At that time, Ren Zhengfei advocated for "internal entrepreneurship." Li was dissatisfied and resigned soon after. After a year of hesitation, Ren accepted his resignation.

A group of Huawei people followed him out, thus creating Harbour Network. The company seemed to have been born with an emotional atmosphere: everywhere it went, it made sure Huawei wouldn't feel good; it became the latter's most promising competitor. Clearly, it showcased Li's talent.

But Ren Zhenfei was old but wise. In 2006, Huawei emulated Cisco by acquiring Harbour Network; Li returned to Huawei as Chief Telecommunications Scientist and Deputy President. By the end of 2007, he became Vice President of Huawei Terminal Company; internally ranked outside the top ten.

Li sank into depression once again. A colleague who worked with him during this period revealed that in the eyes of engineers at the grassroots level, Li was a "god-like figure" who had many admirers.
