就在这层楼工作的一位负责人Hidi（化名）急需一批外聘员工，她半开玩笑地问段小磊：“你要不要来帮我们做数据标注的外包工作？”这个基础性的工作主要要求熟练操作电脑，并对数据敏感。令Hidi意外的是，几天后的一个下午，段小磊找到她说已经正式辞职，可以来帮她做数据标注工作了。
