1.市场失灵，企业就弱智。现在一个很大的问题是，如果把民企管成了弱智，如何再去扶贫和帮教？就像浙江一些民企，为什么会追求空洞化、金融化，最后败走海外？要检讨自己的问题。

2.国内市场对于企业家的创新，不给定价。Facebook的那小子身价多少？这是资本市场所给的定价，是鼓励，是对创新者、企业家能力的一个市场定价。中国资本市场现在完全是行政化，这使得企业家们都跑海外定价去了。

3.房地产行业已经度过青春期，现在进入成熟期。青春期之前没有性别之分，但进入成熟期后，男人是男人，女人是女人；今后住宅就是住宅，而其他则其他。
