同事小李前段时间做了一场漂亮的营销活动，为公司带来了不错的效益。小李瞬间成为公司有名的人物，大家都夸赞他，领导也开始看重他，他为此沾沾自喜。几天时间不到，小李就忍不住跑到领导办公室去讨论加薪的问题。

领导什么也没说，找出小李入职以来的工资表递给他，问他有没有发现什么问题。

小李粗略看了一遍，还是胸有成竹地说：“我发现我的进步突飞猛进，这次活动做得很成功，公司一下给我奖励了3000奖金。”

领导问：“那前几个月的情况呢？”

小李不理解领导的意思，领导开口说道：“你前四个月因为多处考核不达标、活动出现差错，一直处于被扣工资的状态，而这仅仅只成功了一次，你就觉得自己了不起了.

你觉得你的能力已经配得上更高的工资，但你却没有想过你之前拉了公司多少次后腿，没有想过全公司员工因为你工作没完成好而加班熬夜做方案，更没有想过沉下心来总结经验、提升自己，将优势保持下去。”

leader一番批评，小李听完非但没有反思，反而以company不同意加薪为由辞职离开了company，看闻最近一直处于待业状态。

当you do out a thing especially with achievement feeling when around you appear more and more praise time in front of you full of more and more things, don't rush to immediately immerse in joy and pride.

事实证明 overconfidence will disturb your pace, easily make you become arrogant, lose the appropriate proportion.

I never envy those who only hang their own how great on their mouths, but like those quiet steady, silently working people. After all floating up may be easy but truly sinking down is difficult.

We almost every day can see or hear someone worried whether they can find the job they aspire to, whether they can settle down in big cities stably, whether they can find a suitable lover……

Each time encountering difficulties or setbacks someone will complain: "Why isn't it smooth for me?"

明明 we all know that worrying excessively doesn't work but many people still choose this way to make themselves look miserable.

I particularly like this sentence: "A person's life is hard to always rise as the sun eastward nor always suffer hardships; one rise one fall against us may be just a kind of tempering. Therefore float above without arrogance; sink below without despair."
